What Happens When You Connect Your Calendar to Meetris?

Why connect your calendar?

Calendar connection removes manual comparison.

If you receive a one-time 1:1 request or open a booking link, Meetris can show the times when you and the organizer are both free. If you are part of a group request, it can contribute your availability to the overall match.

For requests, you do not have to keep a second calendar open and compare every option yourself.

What the organizer can see

The organizer can see whether you are available or unavailable during the relevant scheduling window. They cannot see:

• event titles;
• meeting subjects;
• descriptions or notes;
• guest lists;
• private appointment details; or
• why you are unavailable.

Your calendar contents do not become visible to the organizer.

What Meetris does with the information

Meetris uses free/busy availability to remove conflicts and identify suitable times. Once a time is booked, it uses the details of the new meeting to create the calendar invitation.

That does not give the organizer access to unrelated events already in your calendar.

Connection is optional
